1. Our Role

StreamPalast is an index that links to publicly available content hosted on third-party servers. Because we do not host any files, we cannot remove content that is not stored on our systems.

2. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that content linked through our service infringes your copyright, the most effective action is to contact the actual hosting provider directly, as they have the ability to remove the source file.

If you still wish to notify us, please send a written notice including the following:

• Your contact information (name, address, email).
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The specific URL(s) on StreamPalast referencing the material.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
